A Traditional Keno Game

Keno by Microgaming is based on the traditional version of this popular casino game. In other words, this is a simple yet awarding game with a very fast pace. It is easy to play keno: you pick ten numbers from a table of 80 numbers, and a random number generator draws eighteen numbers. If your pickings are in that drawing, you win according to how many hits you got. Each round lasts a couple seconds and you can play almost ten rounds in one minute. Rules of Keno

As with other keno games, you need to set your bet amount per round before starting to play. You can do this from the bottom left section of the interface and choose a value between 0.10 and 100 coins. It is advisable to play with maximum bet values because the paytable changes according to this. You can see the paytable of Keno to the left side of the screen, and as you can see each hit has a different payout. You get 1.000 coins for 8 hit, 4.500 coins for 9 and 10.000 for 10 and so on. Thing is, these are the payout values of the maximum bet amount – if you bet lower amounts, your prize will also be smaller. So always try to play with 100 coins to get the maximum prize. After setting the bet amount, you can start picking your numbers from the table. You can pick maximum ten numbers, but lower amounts are also allowed. (However, picking ten will give you higher winning odds.)

Once you pick the numbers, it is time to decide the number of rounds. If you click the “play one” button, only one drawing is made. “Play five” button is for five drawings with the same bet and numbers.
